How to place an order?

It's a very easy process with security guaranteed by Shopify and PayPal.

  1. Find the products you like from Product Menu/Search/Footer/Home Page.
  2. Select ‘ADD TO CART’ button
  3. Select ‘CHECKOUT’ button
  4. Enter your email and shipping address
  5. Select ‘Continue to shipping method’
  6. Select ‘Continue to payment method’
  7. Select ‘Complete order’. Secure PayPal payment gateway is loaded
  8. Select to pay with PayPal or credit/debit card.
  9. Enter payment details and select ‘Pay Now’.

You will be redirected back to Dekum Dekum and you will receive:

  • Payment Authorization email from PayPal.
  • Order Confirmation email from Dekum Dekum
  • Shipping Confirmation email from Dekum Dekum

If you don’t receive these emails, please check your junk folder for emails from service@paypal.com.au and  support@dekumdekum.com.au.

DekumDekum.com.au is an official and exclusive distributor of Dekum Dekum products for Australia and New Zealand. We can ship our products world wide. For more details on shipping please view our shipping page.

 

How much is shipping? 

All purchases are shipped by Australia Post.

  • FREE Delivery on all orders A$99 and above
  • $10 shipping Australia wide for orders below A$99
  • $13 shipping New Zealand wide for orders below A$99

 

How long does it take to ship?

We usually ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days from our location in Melbourne. Australia Post Standard varies from each particular State, typically your parcel should arrive within 2–5 business days.

 

Do you provide order tracking?

As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email contains a code which you can use to check the shipping status with Australia Post Tracker at any time. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.

 

Do you provide refunds if the goods received are faulty?

Yes we do. Please contact us on support@dekumdekum.com.au so we can rectify this situation in the most time effective manner.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For more details please read our Refund Policy.

 

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value, but you enjoy free shipping for orders above $100 if you live in Australia and New Zealand and above $150 anywhere else in the World.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation email, you can change your order. Please email the customer service on support@dekumdekum.com.au if you would like to modify your order.

 

I get an error message when I try to place an order. What can I do?

Does Dekum Dekum provide a secure payment system?

Dekum Dekum uses PayPal, a very secure payment gateway that ensures your our credit card details are encrypted using the latest technology and security.  All payment transactions are made on the PayPal site, using 128 bit encryption typically used by online banks. We don’t store your credit card details.

How long will it take to process my order?

All our orders are processed within 2 business days. Each product displays its stock level. All in stock items will be sent from Australia directly to you. For products which are out of stock shipping can take up to 3 weeks.
